Established in 1999, Odyssey Computer Services Pvt. Ltd. has now navigated its way through the IT distributor industry and made a name for itself. These past years have solidified the efforts of the past decades as the company finally started distributing to a wider market in 2017.

To Sum up:

It all started with the co-founders, Mr. Manoj Agrawal and Mr. Narender Dhanuka, seeing a blank spot in the industry. They saw that there was a market for the retailers but when it came to selling computer products to the big organizations and companies, the commercial market was severely lacking. Back then they worked from a small office near the Kolkata Stock Exchange. Their initial vision was that of providing service and selling computers to the stockbrokers in Kolkata. But as their company started growing, they took on the much-needed role of a value distributor.

Odyssey being a value distributor provides its clients with top-quality commercial products and guarantees customer satisfaction. Their aim is to help their customer grow and sustain in their own professional journey and reach their fullest potential. Their motto ‘Believe in Service’ acts as a constant reminder that they prioritize their customers’ needs, and believe in providing the right advice to all their customers.

Odyssey might have started as a team of 3 but only 5 years in they had already built a strong technical team of over 100 engineers working for them. This growth also opened up incredible opportunities for the company to gain associates such as RIL, Savex, Ingram, Rashi, and many more. In the last 3 decades, they have curated a loyal customer base of over 2000+ end customers and 900+ T3 partners. This existing client base is only growing day after day.

In the last 3 years itself, the company has seen over a 200% growth year on year on average in its turnover. As for the future of the company, Odyssey’s new cloud feature, ‘Odyssey’ Cloud Solutions, has reached over 100 subscribers, and it’s only the beginning. Odyssey sees massive growth potential within itself and its people. The company today associates itself with 11 other top-of-the-industry distributors and aspires to expand that network further in the future.
